FICTIONAL CASE STUDY

Context: The company (fictional) wanted a micro elearning course to help refresh their employees on identifying email scams.

Challenges: Employees have already completed a more indepth course on identifying phishing email scams but the company wanted a refresher course for employees to complete.

Solutions: This micro elearning course is a quick way for employees to refresh themselves with identifying email scams.

Result: Employees are now able to spot phishing email scams.
